  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.
  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    Handling enquiries via the form
  6. The Website obtains information about users and their behaviour in the following manner:
    Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    By saving cookies files on end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry points are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. In order to minimise the risk of unauthorised access access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters, no shorter than 8 characters.
  5. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.
  6. In order to protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the server of the operator: home.pl
  2. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be subject to recording:
  • resources specified by the URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
  • time of arrival of the query,
  • time of sending the response,
  • name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
  • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in the case when the transition to the Website occurred via a link,
  • information about the user’s browser,
  • information about the IP address,
  • diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services via recorders on the website,
  • information related to the handling of e-mail directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
  • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
  • authorised employees and associates who use the data in order to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation
  • companies providing marketing services for the Administrator

    2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

    3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
  • access to personal data concerning you,
  • their rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • and data portability.

    4. You have the right to lodge an objection in the scope of processing indicated in point 3.3 c) against the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, whereby the right to object will not be able to be exercised in the event of the existence of important legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.

    5. A complaint against the Administrator’s actions may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

    6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.

    7. Actions consisting in automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken in relation to you in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.

    8. Personal data is transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on personal data protection. This means that we send them outside the territory of the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the url address of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. in order to process a service request or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

6. Administrator logs

  1. Information about user behaviour on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for the purpose of administering the website.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With regard to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user may view and edit information resulting from cookie files using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) to know that a given person registered in it uses the Website. In this case, it is based on data of which it is itself the administrator; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
  3. The Operator uses remarketing techniques allowing advertising messages to be adjusted to the user’s behaviour on the website, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is being used to track him/her, however in practice no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled handling of cookie files.
  4. The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g. that can send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that he/she has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.

8. Information about cookies

  1. The Website uses cookie files.
  2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Website User and are intended for use of the Website’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storing them on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookie files on the end device of the Website User and obtaining access to them is the operator of the Website.
  4. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:
  • maintaining the session of the Website user (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on every subpage of the Website;
  • realisation of the purposes specified above in the part “Important marketing techniques”;

5. Two basic types of cookie files are used within the Website: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary  files that are stored in the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or switching off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookie files are stored in the User’s end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookie files or until they are deleted by the User.

6. Software for browsing websites (web browser) usually by default allows the storage of cookie files in the User’s end device. Website Users may change the settings in this respect. The web browser enables the deletion of cookie files. It is also possible to automatically block cookie files. Detailed information on this subject is contained in the help or documentation of the web browser.

7. Restrictions on the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website’s web pages.

8. Cookie files placed in the end device of the Website User may also be used by entities cooperating with the operator of the Website, in particular this concerns the companies: Google (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. with its registered office in the USA).

9. Managing cookie files – how to express and withdraw consent?

  1. If the user does not want to receive cookie files, he/she may change the browser settings. We reserve that disabling the handling of cookie files necessary for authentication processes, security, maintaining user preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of www pages.
