The company Nowina Konopka provides a 36-month warranty on all delivered platform devices, subject to the conclusion of a maintenance contract. After this period, we provide post-warranty service. We have a team of qualified maintenance technicians and service engineers who perform service work throughout the country.

The installation of parking platforms inside a building does not require a separate building permit. During the commissioning of the platforms, we provide the device documentation required by the Office of Technical Inspection (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego in Poland).

The offer of the company Nowina Konopka includes delivery of the complete device to the construction site, installation by a team of qualified technicians, commissioning together with a full set of acceptance documents. However, all construction and finishing works of the facility, equipping it with fire protection, ventilation, electrical, signalling installations, as well as vertical and horizontal traffic organisation markings on the parking area remain outside the offer
