A guide-rail type lift equipped with a platform for transporting goods with an operator or the operator alone between two fixed stops. Installed in an office building together with integrated gates and equipped with a canopy that serves as a roof for the platform. The platform is called using control panels located in front of the gates. The user issues the command to move the platform to the desired level from the lift cabin using the control panel located on the side of the platform.
